PLEASE SLOW DOWN AND OBSERVE ALL STOP SIGNS!!! The speed limit in Timber Gate is 25 mph and all stop signs serve a purpose. Please DO NOT SPEED through the neighborhood or coast through stop signs and please DO NOT TAILGATE!! Remind your visitors to keep their speed at or below the legal limit and to follow the car in front of them from a safe distance. Slow down and enjoy the view of our beautiful neighborhood and its wildlife.
