Timber Gate Association welcomes you and your family to your new home.  You have made a great choice in setting down roots in our neighborhood.  If you have questions, we are here to help, just Contact Us.

 

Please register on the community website.  Registration is simple and secure; your personal information is password-protected and will not be available to the general public.  You will be able to choose just what you do and don't want your neighbors to see.  The Association will periodically use the email address you provide to communicate with you, so please keep your contact information current.

 

We will keep the website up-to-date with important events and information, so be sure to bookmark our site and check back often.  We have neighborhood activities you'll want to know about -- Easter Egg Hunts for the kids, a neighborhood garage sale, and an annual picnic, among other things!

 

FAQs and Helpful Numbers provides answers to general neighborhood questions and gives you contact information for emergencies, utilities,  medical facilities and many other resources.  Additionally, once you've registered, you'll have complete access to all our governing documents (Bylaws, CC&Rs, policies and procedures) , and you'll be able to report suspected CC&R violations, and submit requests for architectural changes to your property that are governed by the CC&Rs.
