The restrictions and rules in our governing documents are created to help maintain property values and enhance the quality of life in our community. Timber Gate Association, by and through its duly-elected Board of Directors, is empowered and indeed required by law to uniformly and fairly enforce the obligations of the members of the Association pursuant to our governing documents.
Our Compliance Director is your liaison with the Board for all enforcement actions, and will follow the
Timber Gate Association Governing Document Enforcement Procedures as adopted by the Board for investigation all complaints in the neighborhood. These procedures apply to enforcement of any violation of the Timber Gate
CC&Rs,
Bylaws or other rules and regulations that may be adopted by the Board and Association.
All complaints must be submitted in writing. Please use this Timber Gate Association
